Google+ is sweeping the Internet. In just a few short weeks Google+ has more than 10 million users. That’s pretty quick traction for a social network. With another social network added to the deck and the same limited hours in a day, the question remains, Social media is considered a driving force for small business marketing. It has gone from a permanent fixture in the marketing mix to a primary tool. The Social Media Examiner just ran an article citing a new study which states small businesses get the most benefit from social media. Do you remember what life was like before Twitter? Well, as you ponder that, remember there are still a vast majority of people who don’t know what Twitter is. To many, Twitter is a feeling you get in your heart when you a see an attractive person.No, Facebook fan pages are not in danger. The number of fan pages is growing as more small companies see the value in them. But, is Facebook inhibiting fan page growth for the sake of ad revenue? Perhaps Facebook decision to remove the “Suggest to Friends” option is because too many people were getting SPAMMED?
